CLAIRE HAAS,
FOUNDER AND FORMER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • Claire Haas came together with a group of incredible siblings to found the Sibling Transformation Project, and served as the executive director for the first five years to get the project off the ground. She is an experienced community organizer, certified professional coach, and trombonist. She worked at the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE) in California for a decade, where she developed skills and experience as a trainer, facilitator, fundraiser, organization-builder, and change-maker. She is a certified coach and trainer and facilitator. Her older brother has Down syndrome and shares her love of music.

QUENTIN MONDEN,
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • Quentin is the executive director of STP. He is a graduate of Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation, a certified yoga teacher, and an experienced facilitator of peer mental health support. A preacher’s son, Quentin grew up in a home where mental health was never discussed. He presents to various groups and families about his depression, anxiety, and life after diagnosis. He is also a certified practitioner of Profit from the Positive. Quentin has a brother with disabilities and is an alumnus of the first cohort of the Sibling Transformation Project and a member of the Organizing Committee.
